Precision cutting of insulating materials such as Kapton™, & Mylar™ meet electrical insulation standards. EMI/RFI parts often require laminated, multi-layer structures to achieve performance goals.  Vacuum metallized films, or foils can be laminated to other supporting webs. Differential release liners allow production of pattern die cut adhesives for placement in critical thermal management, where the adhesive must be electrically conductive.

Tapes from vendors such as Nitto Denko, 3M, Avery, & Sekisui can be precision slit for cargo & cargo handling applications.  The tapes can include Teflon™ PTFE coated glass fabric & reinforced aluminum foil face stock.  Air flow dynamics are improved through the use of rotary die cut and laminated turbulence management shapes, mounted to the wing with high performance adhesives.

Direct skin contact for short & long term applications are provided.  These are laminated to FDA approved, breathable materials for a wide range of end uses.  Spun bond olefins such as Tyvek™ can be part of a multi-layered structure, rotary die cut, and supplied on a roll or individual pieces.  Parts can be provided with functional top coatings for laser printing or manual markings for research control of test units with permanent or removable adhesives.
