Equipment and Capabilities

MCL operates over 50 pieces of converting equipment, providing key process capabilities necessary to deliver parts that meet our customers’ requirements. We have invested in machinery with capabilities such as lasers, plotters and flatbed and rotary die cutting presses. MCL can produce simple and complex parts in small and large volumes to meet your converting needs. One of our machines – the Sysco Servo Press – allows us to serve customers requiring high volume continuous production. This state-of-the-art servo press produces complex, multi-layer components in a single pass, with extremely high accuracy. CCD cameras along with multiple web tension control, result in precision die-to-die registration and the ability to hold the tightest tolerances in the industry. The servo motor driven technology delivers seamless and accurate island placement and re-registration, kiss-cutting, and perforating. MCL is the first custom converter in the US with this rotary technology, giving our customers the advantage in high volume precision part manufacturing.
