This state-of-the-art servo press produces complex, multi-layer components in a single pass, with extremely high accuracy. CCD cameras along with multiple web tension control result in precision die-to-die registration and the ability to hold the tightest tolerances in the industry. Sysco’s servomotor-controlled technology delivers seamless and accurate island placement and registration, kiss cutting, and perforating. With this acquisition, MCL is a pacesetter in the industry as the first custom converter in the US with this versatile rotary technology.
