MCL Industries, Inc. is pleased to announce the purchase of a servomotor-controlled Sysco die cutting press from Dorey Converting Systems, adding to its expanding equipment offerings. We now offer servo press die cutting capabilities for automated, high volume, precise die cut components. This state-of-the-art servo press produces complex, multi-layer components in a single pass, with extremely high accuracy. CCD cameras along with multiple web tension control result in precision die-to-die registration and the ability to hold the tightest tolerances in the industry. Sysco’s servomotor-controlled technology delivers seamless and accurate island placement and registration, kiss cutting, and perforating. With this acquisition, MCL is a pacesetter in the industry as the first custom converter in the US with this versatile rotary technology.
Providing 30 years of solutions, MCL continues to be an industry leader in die cutting, laser cutting, specialty laminations, and assembly. MCL converts flexible materials into custom parts for electronic equipment, industrial applications, aerospace, automotive, defense, medical, biometrics, communications, and personal care products.
